To focus on how they could attract better quality clients, we conducted comprehensive research and a review of the current site – digging into the existing information architecture, wireframing, SEO, and how the design looked and interacted with visitors.
With data-driven research, we created their customer personas so Vaco could develop a deeper understanding of customer needs and then generated a content calendar to meet those exact needs. However, Vaco’s ultimate challenge laid in offering a site that would communicate to both businesses and job seekers and told Vaco’s outlaw story. Cue our website overhaul.
