When a referral came through for Active Day, our team was motivated to start designing their new website and help enhance their online presence. They needed a website redesign with a simplified backend, allowing them to make quick updates on the fly without outside assistance.

Additionally, the client’s existing website didn’t feature their individual locations. This made it challenging to market to targeted locations. So, building a dedicated page for their service areas was also a priority.

In the strategy phase of our partnership, we delivered:

• A website style tile that illustrated how the website would look in terms of fonts, colors, shapes, and other user interface elements
• A mood board to help define the overall aesthetics of the client’s website through a curated collection of photos and colors
• Researched and built a paid advertising plan to promote their services after site launch

Along the way, our client had some employee changes. This caused challenges when it came to aligning their teams and slowed down decision-making. However, our teams connected with the client on a regular basis to keep the project moving forward.

Time for a Website Launch!

After successfully launching the client’s new website in 2023, our team has been available for questions and additional support as needed. Our development team added a language translator plugin to ensure the website is accessible for users regardless of their native language.

Speaking of accessibility, our team also installed an accessibility plugin. This plugin validates that a given website complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), creating an inclusive environment for all users.

Creative MMS also installed some original plugins that allowed the client to easily make changes to the website on their own. This included CoreResources, our proprietary plugin, for creating highly customizable resource centers. CoreResources is the perfect solution for the client’s goal of consistently sharing educational content with their audience.

Then, we installed Core Product Finder. This plugin allows for an interactive locations page and creates opportunities for highly targeted advertising efforts.

Today, the client is very pleased with the overall look and content on their new website as well as their ability to easily manage the backend. They’re looking forward to utilizing their new resource center and offering even more value to their members.
