CreativeMMS is seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork to fill our Sales Associate position. Will be responsible for developing new and profitable revenue through sales of CreativeMMS digital services by establishing working relationships with key decision makers of small-mid level business. The right candidate will not only have a proven track record in consultative selling in service organizations, he/she will also have a strong understanding of Internet Marketing, specifically acquisition strategies. Our services include Web Design, Web Development, SEO, and PPC Marketing.

Job requirements

  • Priority of this position will be to sell digital products. This role will be primarily focused on identifying, cultivating, and closing digital revenue opportunities.
  • Identifies decision-makers and works to understand their initiatives in developing integrated marketing solutions and matching our product portfolio to their needs.
  • Consults, develops, and presents client-specific marketing plans for execution. Creates and delivers powerful and persuasive presentation to decision-makers.
  • Conducts presentations, asking for the business and closing defined selling opportunities to drive revenue and hit overall business revenue targets.
  • Leads in the development of client contract negotiations through the close or renewal of business.
  • Creates and manages Prospect/Client database
  • Achieves revenue and related activity goals.
  • Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.

Necessary Qualities

  • 2+ years of experience doing inside sales, outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, advertising sales or online sales.
  • Proven track record of success in online media sales, direct experience with selling ad serving online media or technology.
  • Passion for digital media
  • An interest in SEO, PPC and digital marketing and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, CRM, Mobile)
  • Must have demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and multi-task
  • Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required

Day-to-day tasks

  • Develop new business opportunities to meet trends
  • Assist in developing and implanting strategic sales plans
  • Facilitate client requirements meetings – both in person and/or remotely using current online presentation applications

Tasks are assigned through a project management tool and we communicate through internet tools such as IM and Skype, as well as the occasional onsite meeting. Each role within a project is clearly identified through our process, such that our developers are provided easy-to-follow instructions and close communication with the project manager for that project. Tasks will be very detailed with clear deadlines and direction.

  • Hourly rate depends on experience
