We are looking for a mid to senior level account manager to manage our top-tier clients and work internally with the CreativeMMS team to lead projects through the agency with the highest degree of efficiency and success – both from a creative and a business standpoint. This position involves critical thinking, being proactive, attention to detail, exceptional people skills, confidence, and common sense.


  • Own and manage all communications between agency and clients
  • Clearly and concisely transition project requirements and feedback between client and agency
  • Develop Creative Briefs
  • Understand all agency processes and ensure that they are followed from project kickoff to final delivery
  • Manage client and agency assets in adherence to project schedules and timelines
  • Act as a client advocate within the agency
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business and needs to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide proactive consultation to guide clients towards the right solution within budgetary and timing constrictions
  • Ability to work internally with a number of different people/roles to complete projects on time and within budget
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and teach yourself new skills
  • Day to Day Tasks
    • Work as a part of the Account Management team to manage all efforts associated with your projects, including clients and internal project team
    • Develop and manage project plans and documentation utilizing Basecamp to track project deliverables
    • Lead project quality assurance
    • Communicate effectively in both internal and external communication, in both written and verbal and without fear of picking up the phone and calling clients when needed
    • Provide exceptional client service
    • Support client goals with strategic solutions
    • Develop timetables for client projects in conjunction with the other members of team
    • Assist with creation of proposals, estimates and budget reports
    • Provide clients with website support and quick enhancements including
      • Content Management updates on sites
      • Basic content development/writing


  • 5-7 years minimum account management experience working with multiple customers at one time
  • Must have access to computer, mobile devices and be able to stay connected during normal business hours
  • Must have understanding of the fundamentals of website user experience (what makes a site usable)
  • Skills
    • InDesign skills (a plus)
    • Basic Photoshop skills (a plus)
    • WordPress/Drupal/CMS experience (a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage expectations and commitments
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presentation experience, a plus.
  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to think strategically

Full time with 3% IRA contribution, quarterly bonus and health benefits.
Pay dependent on experience and availability.
